Your Referred Pilot Books & Pays

When they click your link and book, your referral code travels with their booking automatically. Once they complete their service and payment clears, your credit is logged.

Credits Stack Until Your Next Check

Refer multiple pilots — credits accumulate. Use them all at once when your 24-month certification comes due. Indiana tracks your balance manually and applies it at booking.

Credits Expire With Your Cycle

Your referral credits are valid through your 24-month certification cycle. Book before your next due date to use your full balance.

Program Terms

Credits are applied to the referring customer's next Indy Avionics service only — not redeemable for cash.
Credit is earned only after the referred customer's service is fully completed and payment is received.
Credits stack — no limit on how many pilots you can refer.
Maximum credit per referral: $75 (Full Bundle). Minimum: $15 (Transponder or ELT only).
Credits expire at the end of your 24-month certification cycle — unused credits do not carry over.
Self-referrals are not eligible. The referred pilot must be a new Indy Avionics customer.
Indiana Van Buren reserves the right to verify referral eligibility before applying credits.
